Junta Directiva de la APE planifica acciones para el 2022

A finales de este año se realizó el taller de evaluación y planificación de la Asociación Paraguaya de Enfermería (APE) del que participaron autoridades de las filiales de los principales departamentos del país.

Por Boquerón participó la Lic. Zunilda Estigarribia, de la zona de Concepción la Lic. Cristian Cabrera.  De Alto Paraguay la Lic. Lilian Ayala, de Pedro Juan Caballero la Lic. Edith Franco, de San Pedro la Lic. Nelson Flecha y el Lic. José Parra de Villarrica, por Villa Rica la Lic. Gladis Ragini y Lic. Siria Fariña de Itapúa,  por Itapuá Lic. Dominga Sotelo, por Canindeyú. Lic. Norma Gamarra

Además, participaron miembros de la Junta Directiva, la Lic. Beatriz Rolón, Lic. Dora Resquín, Lic. Juana Alvarenga y Lic. Elba Izembranth. El taller estuvo dirigido por la presidenta, la Lic. Mirna Gallardo y el vicepresidente, Lic. Javier Franco.

Se abordaron los siguientes temas: Avances de la organización en el 2021. También aspectos relevantes para el trabajo gremial coordinado, estrategia y el poder de la articulación. Se abordó aspectos relacionados al Liderazgo y la Negociación.

También se compartió experiencias del curso de liderazgo mediante la negociación en América Latina y el Caribe. Se realizó la evaluación de estado, de situación, identificación de los factores determinantes y mapas de actores.

Igualmente se trabajó en una evaluación organizacional, igualmente se analizó la   situación de la Enfermería en Paraguay y el mundo. Se presentaron los ejes de la planificación y la estrategia a implementar para el fortalecimiento de las filiales.

El evento contó con la distinguida participación de forma virtual de la Dra. Fernanda Villegas, ex ministra de Desarrollo Social, bajo la presidencia de Michelle Bachelet en Chile, quien tuvo a cargo la presentación y análisis de la Enfermería de la Región.

El taller finalizó con el firme compromiso de cada filial y de la Junta Directiva de aunar esfuerzos para trabajar en equipo y continuar con el proceso de mejora de la profesión.
