A partir del mes de julio 2021 entra en vigencia el Comité de Solidaridad de la Asociación Paraguaya de Enfermería (APE) que beneficiará a los socios/as activos/as en los siguientes subsidios:

  1. SUBSIDIO POR MATRIMONIO
  2. SUBSIDIO POR MATERNIDAD O ADOPCIÓN PLENA
  3. SUBSIDIO POR CIRUGIA MAYOR
  4. SUBSIDIO POR INVALIDEZ INCAPACIDAD TRANSITORIA
  5. SUBSIDIO POR INVALIDEZ INCAPACIDAD PERMANENTE
  6. SUBSIDIO POR FALLECIMIENTO
  7. SUBSIDIO POR JUBILACIÓN

Se podrá solicitar el beneficio si el evento ocurrió desde el 1 de junio del 2021.   

  1. Se ha realizado un acompañamiento activo a los compañeros del Hospital Los Ángeles de Alto Paraná colaborando fuertemente en la negociación para el levantamiento de la huelga que llevaba más de 44 días y ya con notificaciones de despido. Hoy celebramos el levantamiento de la medida con la firma de un importante acuerdo de los sindicatos y la patronal, se seguirá trabajando en un plan de mejora para la relación enfermera-paciente y capacitación.

  2. El proyecto de Decreto de Reglamentación de la Ley 6.625 de la Carrera Profesional de Enfermería se encuentra para dictamen en el Ministerio de la Función Pública, se estima que a fines de julio pasará al Ministerio de Salud y de ahí debe ser remitida al Ministerio de Hacienda, donde se definirá la asignación a cada nivel de la Carrera Profesional de Enfermería, se está trabajando arduamente para lograr la aplicación al inicio en enero del 2022.

  3. Se ha publicado y está en circulación el Boletín Informativo de la APE N° 1-2-3-4 y pueden suscribirse llamando al teléfono (021) 224-940 o al (0983)859-952.

  4. Se proyecta realizar dos seminarios virtuales el día viernes 16 de julio, sobre Enfermería de Práctica Avanzada y 22 de julio sobre, Seguridad Social Versus Seguro Médico.

  5. El proyecto de Residencia en Enfermería se encuentra en la etapa de revisión.

  6. El curso de Terapia Intensiva que se lleva a cabo con la cooperación de la FUDEN sigue abierto de acceso totalmente gratuito pueden inscribirse los socios/as y participar.

  7. Se remitió una nota a la Dirección de Recursos Humanos solicitando una reunión para debatir sobre la conformación de los comités de Salud Ocupacional y los Comité Interno de Prevención de Accidente (CIPA) con este comité se logrará mejorar vestuarios, controles de salud para las enfermeras/os, equipos para movilizar a paciente y un registro de las enfermedades profesionales que hasta la fecha se desconoce la situación en el país. 

  8. Se está trabajando con el Servicio Nacional de Promoción Profesional (SNPP) en la realización de un curso para Enfermeras/os en salud ocupacional categoría A, B, C. que será de acceso gratuito para los socios/as de la Asociación Paraguaya de Enfermería.

  9. Desde la Asociación Paraguaya de Enfermería se está acompañando el cumplimiento de la carga horaria del personal de Enfermería que desempeñan sus funciones en las Penitenciarias del País.

  10. Se ha solicitado por nota al Ministerio de Salud la participación de 2 (dos) representantes de Enfermería de las Unidad de la Salud de la Familia (USF) en la restructuración que está realizando la Dirección de las USF.

  11. Informamos desde la APE que ya contamos con el título de propiedad del inmueble adquirido por tal motivo y atendiendo la necesidad se ha aprobado la construcción del albergue el cual estará destinado a las Enfermeras/os del interior que requieran hacer gestiones en Asunción.

  12. La APE estará participando en carácter de veedor del concurso desprecarización y promoción en el que se realizara Ministerio de Salud Pública y Bienestar Social (MSPyBS).

  13. A las/os Enfermeras/os que participaron del curso de Experto Enfermero para la seguridad del paciente periodo 2019/2020 recibirán una certificación de participantes, expedido por el Instituto Nacional de Educación Permanente en Enfermería y Obstetricia (INEPEO) y la Asociación Paraguaya de Enfermería (APE) mientras se aguarda el título pertinente de España.
