Se ha iniciado el proceso de reglamentación de la de la Ley Nº 6.625, el cual establecerá claramente los mecanismos para el ingreso así como para la promoción.
Están participando en esta etapa los representantes de las instituciones establecidas por la ley, entre lo que destacan el equipo asesor de la Dirección de Asesoría Jurídica del Ministerio de Salud, la Dirección de Recursos Humanos del MSP y BS, Función Pública y el Misterio de Hacienda.
Se espera que esta primera etapa finalice la primera quincena de febrero, situación que es valorada como un verdadero hito por la APE porque no sólo permitirá un mayor desarrollo de la profesión, sino porque implicarña una mayor autonomía del sector.
Junto con lo anterior, la Comisión Permanente Central de Administración de la Carrera Profesional del Personal de Enfermería (CPCACP), está llevando adelante un Censo que pretende tener un diagnóstico sobre la enfermería en el Paraguay.
Esta actividad tiene el objetivo de Identificar las principales características sociodemográficas y laborales de las enfermeras y enfermeros que sirvan de antecedente al momento de implementar la carrera profesional.
Al mismo tiempo se están llevando adelante las gestiones para contar con un sistema informático que permita la aplicación de la Carrera Profesional.
